PRE-SALE OF HELLO KITTY AND HOLIDAY COLLECTIONS: This offer is for the advanced sale or order of the Sugarfina x Sanrio Collection Items (the “Pre-sale Items”), such that a participating customer will receive the Pre-Sale Items on a priority basis, as and when the Items are available. To participate, a customer must proceed through checkout for the Pre-sale Items on Sugarfina’s website, and pay in full for the Pre-sale Items at the time of checkout. Sugarfina does not guarantee when the Pre-sale Items will become available, although shipments for similar promotions have, in the past, occurred within four (4) weeks of the original promotion date. Sugarfina will use reasonable efforts to provide participating customers with notice in advance of shipping the Pre-sale Item.
