Sending a CandyDrop

Are tax & shipping included?

The CandyDrop price includes tax, shipping and handling anywhere in the continental U.S.

Can I schedule a CandyDrop to arrive on a specific day?

Yep! You can send your CandyDrop today or schedule it to arrive on a future date so you don’t forget. Select the email delivery date in the “email delivery options” section of step 1.

How does the recipient get the CandyDrop?

They’ll receive a beautifully-designed email with your gift message and a link to choose their favorite candies and enter their shipping address. Once they’ve redeemed their gift, we ship the package straight to their door in our signature Sugarfina gift box. The purchase amount of the gift is never revealed to the recipient.

How long will it take for them to receive the gift?

They’ll receive your CandyDrop by email on the day you schedule it, so they get a sweet surprise right away. Once they choose their candies and enter their shipping address, the gift will arrive in 5-9 business days via ground shipping service.

Can I send a CandyDrop outside the continental U.S.?

CandyDrop is currently available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. To ship a gift to Alaska or Hawaii, we recommend creating a custom Candy Bento Box® to send to the recipient. To send a gift to a Canadian address, please visit

How will I know if they got my CandyDrop?

We’ll send you an email confirmation when they redeem your CandyDrop.

I changed my mind. Am I able to cancel my CandyDrop order?

Your CandyDrop order cannot be cancelled once it’s placed. If it was sent to the wrong email address, please contact, and our Candy Concierge team can make that change for you.

Redeeming a CandyDrop

Which candies can the recipient choose from when they redeem their gift?

All candies that are currently in stock on the Design Your Own Candy Bento Box® experience on are available for CandyDrop gifts.

I sent a CandyDrop, but the recipient didn’t receive the email, what do I do?

When you choose “send today,” the email may take up to 1 hour to arrive in the recipient’s inbox. If they haven’t received the email after 1 hour, be sure to have them check their spam folder. If they still haven’t received the email, please contact and we can resend or update the recipient email address or provide you with a gift link that you can text or email to them.

I just received a CandyDrop, do I have to pay for shipping to get my candies?

Nope. All you need to do is pick out your candies and enter your shipping address. No credit card is required to redeem your gift.

I redeemed my CandyDrop, how will I know if it has shipped?

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email when your CandyDrop order has shipped. Please note orders may take up to 48 hours to process. If you have a Sugarfina Customer Account, you can find your tracking number in the My Orders tab of your Customer Account. Please contact with your order number for further delivery questions.

Can you return a CandyDrop?

Once purchased, a CandyDrop is non-refundable, however the recipient can choose to ship the gift to someone else.

Thank you for reviewing the terms (“Terms”) for the CandyDrop by Sugarfina offering (the “Offering). These Terms are between you and Sugarfina, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Sugarfina” or “us” or “we”) and govern our respective rights and obligations involving the Offering. By purchasing an Offering you accept these Terms.

1. What's Included

The Offering

When you purchase an Offering, you will be asked to specify the number of Candy Cubes™ for the Candy Bento Box®. After you make your purchase, you will be asked to provide us with an email address for the intended recipient of the Candy Bento Box® (the “Recipient”). We will use that email address to contact the Recipient and provide instructions to the Recipient on how to select contents (from a pre-defined list of options) for the Candy Cubes™. Once the Recipient makes his or her selections, we will prepare and ship to the Recipient a Candy Bento Box® with the selected contents.

Candy Cube™ content selections are subject to availability; in the event that a specified selection is not available at the time of the order or at the time the order is fulfilled or shipped, we may select a similar item as a suitable replacement, without further notice or liability to you or the Recipient.

The prices paid for the Offering include all costs and expenses associated with the selected Candy Bento Box® and its contents, including shipping and handling. Recipients will not be asked to provide any payment information, or to reimburse us for shipping, taxes, or other charges.

Unresponsive Recipients; Incorrect Emails

We will attempt to contact the Recipient using the email address you provided once. If the Recipient is unresponsive after this attempt or we receive an “undeliverable” or similar error message in response to either attempt, we will hold the order until we receive further instructions from you; if you believe the Recipient has not timely received their order or the CandyDrop, please contact Customer Service at

While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell. We reserve the right to refuse to accept or to cancel an order for an Offering at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to an inability to reach you and/or the Recipient regarding a submitted order. All sales are final.

2. Eligibility

The Offering is open only to individual U.S. residents at least eighteen (18) years of age, with a valid credit card and email address.

3. Miscellaneous

We may use the information you provide (including your email and contact information) in accordance with Sugarfina’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here: The Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Your purchase of an Offering shall be deemed consent to the current version of the Privacy Policy.

Emails for Recipients will be used exclusively for purposes of contacting the Recipients in connection with an Offering.

b. Other Terms

Except to the extent of a conflict with the terms hereof, the purchase and delivery of items in connection with the Offering or performance hereunder shall be subject to other prevailing terms and conditions that govern the general sale of goods by us, including our Shipping Policy and Terms of Use.
